Ingredients
- 1 loaf 16 oz mesican prepared cheese with jalapeno peppers cut into cubes.
- 3/4 c thick n chunky salsa
- 1 can progresso black beans drained rinsed
- 1 package cooked chicken breast strips thawed cubed.
- 1 container 8oz sour cream
- 1 med red bell pepper chopped(1c)
- 3 med green onions sliced (3tbsp)
- large tortilla chips
Directions

Spray 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker place cheese, salsa, beans and chicken.

Cover cook on low 2 hours. Stir once halfway through.

Stir in sour cream , bell pepper and onions. Increase heat to high Cover cook 45 min longer.

Serve with tortilla chips.
