Ingredients
- 1 lb Bob Evans Sage or original roll sausage
- 1 1 large onion, diced (1cup)
- 3 stalks celery, diced (1-1/2 cups)
- 1 pkg (14 oz) cubed stuffing
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2-1/2 cups chicken broth ( low sodium)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions

In a large skillet, over medium heat, crumble sausage. Add onion and celery and cook, stirring occationally, until sausage is brown.

In a large bowl, combine cubed stuffing and sausage mixture. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Pour broth and butter over the top and put into a 9″ × 13″ casserole pan.

Cover, Bake for 45 minutes.
