Kiwi fruit, ginger and banana smoothie

Ingredients
- 3 kiwi fruit
- 2 tbsp porridge oats
- 1 banana
- 4 ice cubes
- 250ml organic milk
- 500ml organic natural yogurt
- 1cm piece of ginger, finely grated
- 2 tsp honey, to taste (optional)
Directions

Top and tail the kiwi fruit and stand them on their ends. Slice the skin off in vertical strips with a sharp knife. Whizz the kiwi fruit with the remaining ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds and pour into 2 tall glasses. Sweeten with the honey, if you like.
