Ingredients
- 3 C Flour
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1 t soda
- 1.5 t cinnamon
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1.5 t vanilla
- 1 8 oz crushed pinapple with juice
- 1.5 C cooking oil
- 1 C Pecans
- 2 C Bananas
- Frosting:
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 C pecans
Directions

mbine dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil. Stir until mixed (do not beat). Stir in vanilla, pinapple and Juice, 1 C pecans and bananas. Put in 3 9" pans (or 4 8") sprayed pans. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350. Cool in pan for 10 minutes in pan. Turn out and let cool.

Frosting – Beat until smooth. Spread on cake between layers and on top.
