Russian Piroshki

Ingredients

  • Use any yeast bread dough for pastry.
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 C chopped onions
  • 1/2 C chopped cabbage
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, add onions and chopped cabbage, salt and pepper cook until onions are clear. Roll dough in small balls, roll into a 4 inch circles. Place a spoonful of meat mixture on dough and foldover making small meat pies. Let dough rise a little and then bake.
