Ingredients
- 1 16 oz box Honey Graham Crackers (can use low fat)
- 2 4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 3.5 C Cold Milk
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- Frosting:
- 3 T Milk
- 2 sq unsweetened chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- 1 T light corn syrup
- 1.5 C powdered sugar
Directions

epare pudding according to directions using 3.5 C milk. Add Cool Whip to pudding and mix well. Line bottom of 9×13 pan with a layer of Graham Crackers. Pour 1/2 the pudding over them. Add another layer of graham crackers. Pour the rest of the pudding over them. Put final layer of graham crackers on top.

Frosting:

Melt butter and chocolate in pan over low heat. Remove from heat and add 3 T milk, corn syrup and powdered sugar & mix well. Spread over crackers while still warm. Refrigerate covered up to 2 days before serving.
