Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, dark meat
- 1/2 cup teriyaki
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Directions

Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat.

Cook the chicken skin side down for 3 minutes.

Turn the chicken over and cook for 2 more minutes covered.

Remove the lid and add the teriyaki and sugar.

When the sauce starts to bubble, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 more minutes.

Slice and serve.
