Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken, dark meat
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat.

  2. Cook the chicken skin side down for 3 minutes.

  3. Turn the chicken over and cook for 2 more minutes covered.

  4. Remove the lid and add the teriyaki and sugar.

  5. When the sauce starts to bubble, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 more minutes.

  6. Slice and serve.
