Apple-Walnut Salad

Orange-flavored or regular sweetened dried cranberries can be substituted for raisins.

Ingredients
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, chopped (1 3/4 cups)
- 1 large Gala apple, chopped (1 3/4 cups)
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

In large bowl, mix apples and raisins. In small bowl, mix yogurt, sugar and orange juice. Pour over apple mixture and stir to coat. Serve or refrigerate. Stir in walnuts just before serving.
