Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloin slices, 8-10 oz each
- 1 egg, mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- flour
- panko
- 1/2 cup oil
Directions

Cut off the gristle and add salt and pepper to taste

Put the flour, egg/water, and panko in bowls and move the pork from one to the next

Heat the oil in a pan on med and add the pork

Fry one side about 3 min then turn over and fry another 3 min

Once golden-brown cool on paper towel and slice
