Baked Buffalo Wings 2

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup 2% fat milk
  • 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
  • oil cooking spray
  • 1/4 Frank's or Crystal Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp fat free butter flavored spread
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 475.

  2. Combine flour, salt, peppers, and paprika in medium bowl.

  3. Whisk egg and milk together in small bowl.

  4. Slice each chicken breast into 5 or 6 pieces

  5. Dip each piece into egg, breading, and repeat process to double coat.

  6. Coat baking sheet with generous amount of spray. Arrange chicken and then spray light coating on top of each piece.

  7. Bake chicken for 10-12 mins or until it begins to brown. Crank heat up to broil and continue to cook chicken for 2-4 more minutes until surface begins to become golden brown and crispy.

  8. As chicken cooks, combine hot sauce, butter spread, and water in small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook just until mixture begins to bubble, then remove sauec from heat and cover until needed.

  9. When chicken is cooked, remove from oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Place chicken in a container with a lid and shake gently until each piece is coated with sauce.
