Chicken Pesto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce(s) basil pesto prepared
  • 3 1/2 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 ounce(s) chicken breast cooked & diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 15 spinach leaves torn
  • sea salt and EVOO to taste

Directions

  1. Spread pesto evenly over pizza crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border for a crust lip. Top crust with remaining ingredients in this order: diced chicken, torn spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and lastly, shredded mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and finish with sprinkle of sea salt.
