Lemon Zest and Basil Sauce

Good on Caprese Ravioli (16 oz.)

Ingredients
- 6 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 C chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tbs. grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cook pasta in salted water and drain. Add cooked pasta to mixing bowl and gently toss until all ravioli are coated. Top with parmesan cheese.
