Ingredients
- Non stick cooking spray
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 c nonfat milk
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c old fashioned oats
- 1 med apple peeled, cored and diced
- 1/3 c dried cherries
- 1/3 c chopped toasted walnuts
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
Directions

eheat oven 350. Lightly coat 2 qt dish. Combine butter, milk, brown sugar and spiced in heavy med saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Stir in oats, apple, cherries, walnuts, vanilla and salt. Pour into dish back 30 min or untol thick and bubbly around edges.
