Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c light brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter melted
- 1 (16oz) can pure pumpkin

ease and flour 2 loaf pans. Adjust oven to lowr middle position. Preheat oven 350.

Mix flour, baking powder, ginger, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves in a large bowl. Meanwhile whisk eggs and sugars in med bowl, whisk in butter until full incorporated, and then the pumpkin. Beat wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth. Divide into 2 pans.

Bake until golden brown and a tester comes out clean, about 50 min. Let cool a few minutes. Run a knife around to loosen. Turn onto a wire rack to cool.
