Ingredients
- 1 1/4lb turkey
- 2 c roasted tomato chipotle salsa with corn
- 8 taco shells
- 1/2 c shredded cheese
- 1 c shredded iceburg lettuce
- 1/2 c guacamole
Directions

In a large skillet heat 1 tbsp canola oil over med heat. Add turkey and cook breaking it up with the back of the spoon, until no longer pink about 6-7 min. Stir in salsa and cook until salsa is heated about 3 min.

Spoon into shells.
