Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced carrots
- 1 C sliced celery
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/4 C butter, cubed
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

In a large skillet, saute the carrots, celery and onion in butter until tender. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, thyme and pepper. Heat through.
