Ingredients
- 1-1/2 C pumpkin pie filling
- 2 C sugar
- 1 C vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into a greased jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Frost when completely cool.
