Tender Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. pork spareribs
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 1/4 C prepared mustard
  • 1/4 C molasses
  • 3 T cider vinegar
  • 2 T worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Place ribs in a 5 quart slow-cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 5-1/2 to 6 hours or unitl meat is tender. Serve with a slotted spoon.
