Feta & Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
  • 1 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 C. scallions
  • 1 C. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 C. olive oil
  • 1/4 C. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. parsley
  • 1 Tbs. basil
  • 1 Tbs. dill
  • 1 lb. pasta (fettuccine) cooked

Directions

  1. Combine cooked shrimp, feta cheese, and scallions in a large bowl. Add tomato sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, basil and dill. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix with cooked fettuccine and serve at room temperature.
