Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 1 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 C. scallions
- 1 C. tomato sauce
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1/4 C. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. parsley
- 1 Tbs. basil
- 1 Tbs. dill
- 1 lb. pasta (fettuccine) cooked
Directions

Combine cooked shrimp, feta cheese, and scallions in a large bowl. Add tomato sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, basil and dill. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix with cooked fettuccine and serve at room temperature.
