Mozzarella Rye Snacks

Ingredients

  • 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 T italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 loaf snack rye bread

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mozzarella, mayonnaise, sour cream and salad dressing mix until blended. Spread 1 tablespoonful over each slice of bread. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
