Peaches and Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 package 3 oz. non-instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can 29 oz. sliced peaches, reserve the syrup
- 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a ten-inch deep dish pie pan.

In a medium mixing bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and pudding mix. Mix in butter and milk. Beat for two minutes. Pour into pie pan.

Place peace slices on top of mix.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoon reserved peach syrup. Beat for two minutes. Spoon mixture over peaches to within one inch of pie edge.

Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and sprinkle over top of pie.

Bake in preheated oven for thirty to thirty-five minutes.
