Ingredients
- 4 boneless beef sirloin steaks
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- SAUCE
- 1 jar (4-1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1/2 C french onion dip
- 2 T half-and-half cream
- 1/2 tsp minced chives
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Grill steaks, covered over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doness. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms and garlic in oil for 3 minutes. Stir in the onion dip, cream, chives and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Serve with steaks.
