So Easy Tomato Cream Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 C milk
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 C coursely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a large saucepan; heat through.
