Korean Short Ribs

Directions

  1. Marinate 2 to 3 pounds of Korean-style short ribs (available in Asian markets) in 1 1/2 cups soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sesame oil and 4 cloves crushed garlic. Place short ribs into a sealable bag. Pour marinade into bag and turn until all ribs are covered. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Heat grill to medium high. Drain excess marinade and grill ribs until medium, about 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
