Creamed Dried Beef (Shit on a Shingle)

Serves 4 peopleIngredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1.5 c. Milk
- 8 oz. beef
Directions

Melt butter in pan over low heat

Whisk in flour to make roux

Whisk in milk a little at a time

Increase to medium heat and cook until thick.

Bring to boil and add beef until cooked. Serve over toast
