Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• 1/2 c Vegetable Oil
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 c Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.

2. Mix above ingredients in a bowl & drop by tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet.

3. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool Completely.

4. Top the flat side of one cookie with White frosting either from a can, or homemade butter cream icing. (I added a half a dram of watermelon flavor to our frosting, but it’s not necessary) Top with another cookie to make a sandwich!

5. Roll the edges in green sprinkles. Enjoy for a fun Summer snack!
