Ingredients
- 1/4 c chopped red onions
- 3/4 c long grain white rice
- 3/4 c fat free chicken broth
- 3/4 c orange juice
- 2 t grated orange peel
- 1 t ground cardamom
- 1 orange, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 T corasely chopped pistachio nuts
Directions

Heat onions, rice, broth, juice, peel, and cardmom to a boil. Simmer, uncovered until liquid is absorbed (about 18 min). Remove from heat. Sitr in oranges and nuts.
