Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dry quinoa
- 1 pint sliced strawberries
- 16 oz. fresh blueberries (2 cups)
- 1 cup cherries sliced and pitted
- pinch kosher salt
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
Directions

Cook quinoa. Chop fruit and place in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in small jar and adjust taste if necessary. Fluff cooked quinoa with a fork and add to bowl of fruit. Pour on dressing and mix well. Service immediately or refrigerate.
