Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. frozen southern hashbrowns
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion- chopped
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Place hashbrowns at bottom of 9 × 13 pan. In medium bowl- stir soup/onion/sour cream/cheese/salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Preheat oven 325 degrees. Bake in preheated oven for one hour until hot and bubbly. You can add more cheddar cheese on top the last five minutes of cooking.
