Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves- minced
- 1 can of black olives
- 1 can of green olives
- marinated red peppers
- salt and pepper
- 2 TBSP lemon juice- freshly squeezed
- 3 TBSP chopped parsley
- 2 TBSP capers
- 2 TBSP EVO
- 1-2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
Directions

Blend in food processor until coursely chopped. Serve with bagette or wheat thins.
