Ingredients
- 1 seedless cuke peeled and diced
- 2 avocados diced
- 2 medium ripe diced tomatoes
- can black beans
- 2 TBSP minced red onion
- 2 TBSP cilantro chopped
- 2 limes juiced
- salt and pepper
Directions

Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Makes 5 cups.
