Low Calorie Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 c. oats (old fashioned- not quick cooking kind)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sweeter of choice
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • non stick cooking spray

Directions

  1. eheat oven 400. Spray cooking spray on 12 muffin tins. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend oats until smooth. Divide batter. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
