Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond slices
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 8 pitted dates
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 250° F

Add the dates to a food processor and puree until smooth

Add the nuts, seeds, coconut and cinnamon and pulse until coarsely chopped and well mixed

Spread mixture over a parchment lined baking sheet

Bake at 250° F for about 45 minutes
