Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe medium avocado (6–8 ounces)
  • 1 peeled ripe banana
  • 1 cup ice (8 ice cubes)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Raw honey or agave to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Put banana, peeled, pitted and sliced avocado in blender. Add ice cubes & milk.

  2. Optional raw honey or agave.

  3. Add additional milk, depending on the avocado type add or reduce milk for desired consistency..
  4. Make 2 cups
