Ingredients
- 1/2 c skinned roasted hazelnuts
- 2 oz bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1/2 c whole grain pastry flour
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 t instant coffee powder
- 1/2 c trans fat free margarine
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1/4 c granular sugar substitute
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c bittersweet choc chips, roughly chopped
Directions

at oven to 350. Coat an 8X8 baking pan with cooking spray.

Sift flour, cinnamon and coffee powder into medium bowl, set aside.

In large bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat margarine and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and beat to combine. Add melted chocolate and beat until combined. Stir in hazelnuts and choc chips. Add the cinnamon, coffee mix.

Pour batter into the baking pan and bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
