Raspberry ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 qt half and half

Directions

  1. Empty thawed raspberries into blender container. Cover and blend on low until the berries are liquid. Add sugar and 2 cups half and half. Cover and blend on low 30 seconds, stir in remaining half and half.

  2. ur into square pan. Cover and freeze about 1.5 hours or until mushy. Pour into blender and blend on medium speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Return to pan. Cover and freeze about 8 hours or until firm.
