Ingredients

• 4 c sliced peeled peaches (4-6 med)
• 1/3 c sugar
• 1/2 t grated lime peel
• 3 T fresh lime juice

Directions

1. Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Place in ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions for 15-30 minutes.
