Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 c softened butter
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1/2 c frozen pineapple juice concentrate
- 1/2 c crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c flour
Directions

Cream butter and sugar and add flour. Mix well. Spread into a 9 × 13 baking dish and pat down evenly with your hands.

Bake curst at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven but don’t turn off heat.

For the filling mix eggs and sugar. Add pineapple concentrate, drained pineapple and mix.

Stir in salt and baking powder. Add the flour and mix thoroughly. This will be runny!

Pour pineapple mixture over the baked crust and put back in oven. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes, then remove from oven.

Cool completely then dust with powdered sugar. Cut into brownie sized bars.
