Roasted Red Onions

Ingredients
- 2 lb. unpeeled red onions
- 1/4 cup evoo
- 1 tsp. sweet smoked paprika
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of salt
Directions

Halve 2 lbs unpeeled red onions.

Toss in a large bowl with evoo, paprika, salt and sugar.

Place the onions cut-side down on a baking sheet.

Roast at 450 until soft and browned; 30 min.
