Sweet and Sour Collards

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. evoo
- 1 lb. collard greens, stemmed and chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. honey
Directions

Brown garlic n evoo in large pot.

Add collards, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 cup water.

Cover and cook, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed, until tender, about 15 minutes.

Add vinegar and honey.

Season with salt and pepper.
