Peanut Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. browning sauce, optional
- Dash of garlic powder
Directions

Cut chicken wings into three sections.

Combine the peanut butter, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, salt, chili pwder, browning sauce, and garlic powder in a large resealable plastic bag.

Add wings.

Seal bag and turn to coat.

REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.

Transfer wings to a greased 13-in. × 9-in. baking dish.

Bake, uncoveredm at 375 for 35-40 minutes.

Turn every 10 minutes.
