Mexican Chicken Casserole

Serve with Spanish rice and Whole kernel corn

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken boiled or 1 can chicken
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 small pack grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Tostitos

Directions

  1. Boil chicken.

  2. Crumble Tostitos on bottom of 13×9 baking pan

  3. Grate chicken and put on chips.

  4. Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken.

  5. Bake at 325 – 350 degrees for 1 – 1 1/2 hours.
