California Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 bag California blend frozen veggies, thawed
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup mayo
- salt
- pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 6 oz Swiss cheese
Directions

Place veggies in a greased 8 in square dish. Sauté celery and onion in butter until soft
- Stir mayo into veggies and coat evenly
- Mix in all remaining ingredients including celery and onion mixture

Cover dish and bake at 350 for 40 min; uncover and bake 5-10 min longer until brown and bubbly
