Mushroom, Chicken and Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
- 3-4 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 bag frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Directions

Brown sausage over medium high heat; when half-way cooked, add celery, onion, and mushrooms; drain

Stir cream cheese into sausage mixture

Coarsely chop cauliflower; stir into sausage mixture

Stir in all remaining ingredients and spread into a greased 9×13 pan; sprinkle top with paprika

Cover and bake at 350 for 30 min; uncover and bake 10 min more until bubbly
