Ingredients
- For each serving:
- 1 c cooked rice
- 1 c cubed chicken (approx. 1 chicken breast)
- 1/4 c slivered almonds
- 1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c coconut
- 1/2 c chow mein noodles
- 1/4 c green onions
- 1/3 cup celery
- 1/4 c pineapple
- 1/2 to 1 c gravy mixture

To make gravy, mix two parts cream of chicken soup to 1 part chicken broth.
