Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa (NOT Dutch process)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3 cup mini marshmallows
- 1.5 cup sweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans and almonds)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.) -- nonfat will work
Directions
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
-
For the crust: Mix the sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt together in a medium sized bowl. Drizzle melted butter over the top, and mix with a fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles small beads. Dump the mixture into prepared pan, shaking the pan to evenly distribute. Press it down evenly in the bottom with a metal spatula (I used my hands).
-
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over crust. Sprinkle marshmallows over that. Sprinkle coconut on next, followed by chopped nuts. Press everything down again. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
-
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until nicely browned on top. Let cool on a wire rack, and then cut into squares.
