Ingredients
- 1 box Lemon Cake Mix
- 2 cups Cool Whip whipped topping
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 cup unsifted Powdered Sugar
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use Pam to spray cooking sheet, or use parchment paper if you would like.

Mix dry cake mix, cool whip and beaten egg in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.

Drop by teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar and roll.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

The original recipe said it makes 4 dozen cookies, I only got 2 dozen out of it, so based my nutritional into on that.

Also, the dough was very sticky, I think next time I will cover and refrigerate it for an hour or two before putting them into the powdered sugar.
