Ingredients
- 5lbs or Short Ribs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons baked sesame seeds
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Combine all ingredients and marinate cross cut short ribs for 5 + hours.

Grill until desired doneness. Sugar will burn, so watch closely.
