Ingredients
- 2Tbsp butter
- 2Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded extra old cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions

In sauce pan melt butter and wisk in flour, brown 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in milk and cook, whisking constantly, until thickened, about 7minutes

Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, salt, pepper, mustard and cayenne pepper until cheese is melted.
