Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless center-cut pork chops
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Few dashes of pepper
- 1/3 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tablespoon rosemary
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then set aside.

In a bowl mix together the breadcrumbs and rosemary.

Press both sides of pork chops into breadcrumb mixture and coat well, then set aside.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chops to hot oil and cook on either side for about 4-5 minutes.
